Everything about California is amazing'except its earthquakes, which are known to kill, destroy homes, and cause post-traumatic stress disorder. Ronan Farrow, a former senior foreign policy official for the Obama administration and the estranged son of director Woody Allen, seems to think the negative effects of earthquakes aren't all that bad ' at least if they strike celebrities.
Following Thursday evening's Los Angeles earthquake, the son of Woody Allen and Mia Farrow and special adviser to Hillary Clinton tweeted, 'Another earthquake hit LA last night, didn't even have the decency to hit the VMAs.'
I know, I know, it's a joke, but given the number of earthquakes that have passed through the Golden State the past week, it's rather insensitive to say we'd all be better off if famous people were rocked by them.
