Arizona Woman Angry At Obama's Reelection Ran Over Husband With Car Because He Didn't Vote

» comments

You may be happy or angry about last week's election results, but no matter your mood, you'd never be tempted to find a convenient scapegoat and run them over with a car, would you? Well, that's exactly what happened over the weekend, when one Arizona resident who was upset that President Obama won re-election got angry at her husband for not voting, and ran him over with the family Jeep.

Holly Solomon, according to her husband, was very concerned her family was going to 'face hardship from President Barack Obama's re-election.' Her husband did not vote, which resulted in a big political argument between the two of them that led to Solomon chasing him down in the SUV and running him over.

Solomon allegedly pinned him to the underside of the SUV and the curb after he ran to get help. Witnesses reported seeing Solomon's husband hiding behind a light pole before she struck him with the car. Police say there is no evidence thus far to suggest Solomon was under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Now, in fairness to Solomon's husband, Romney did carry Arizona by a significant margin. But how would this sound for a 2016 GOTV effort? 'Vote, or your deranged significant other will run you over with an SUV?'
