During her America Live report on the Syrian regime's attacks on civilians, Megyn Kelly couldn't help but break into tears after showing a snippet of video of a bloodied infant crying hysterically as men rushed frantically to treat it for severe wounds sustained during an attack by the Assad regime.

Kelly struggled with tears as she attempted to throw to Steve Harrigan live with a report from Syria.

The Fox daytime host is a mother of two children, and it is clear that the disturbing video hit especially hard for her.
